Job description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As Director, Media and Technology Solutions EMEA, you will lead an exciting international team at the hub of Google’s display and platforms businesses. In the role, you will lead both the Buy-Side platform business (DoubleClick by Google product line + Google Analytics Premium) working directly with agency and advertiser customers as well as the advertising operations for YouTube and the GDN. Your team, working hand in hand with sales, enables the businesses with its consultative technical expertise at every stage of the client life cycle. As an integral member of the MTS global team; your influence, collaboration, and leadership will be key as we work together to push the boundaries of the online advertising industry. Working cross functionally, you will set direction for the group and use your quantitative abilities to develop strategies to achieve operational and sales success. Cross-functional collaboration with global gTech teams, Sales, Sales Ops and Product Management will be a critical factor in your success.

Responsibilities
Partner with EMEA Sales and Sales Operations Leadership to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated execution of the region’s sales goals.
Work closely with senior Sales stakeholders to ensure scalable and excellent service for all of Google’s clients.
Represent team, communicate team strategy and promote successes and best practices in relevant forums (Newsletters, QBRs, Leadership meetings etc).
Work closely with global MTS peers to share best-practice, ensure global alignment and feedback on EMEA product, vendor and tool requirements.
Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible, impactful function.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA.
Demonstrated success as a senior service and operations leader within the online ad serving/ad operations industry.
Successful record of leading and coaching large high performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing environment.
Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leadership and superior people influencing skills are an absolute requirement.
