Head of Key Account Management
Role responsibility:
The new role is responsible of driving sales to existing Clients and report directly into VP, Sales & Marketing. The role initially leads a small team of KAM, and has close cooperation with the rest of Sales, Marketing and Client Service Management teams. This is a key role that will grow in responsibility and strategic importance over time, and the role is located in either London or Kiev with travel across Europe.
Key Accountabilities of this role are
• Planning and implementing strategies for retaining, penetrating and up selling to existing and new Key Accounts
• Establishing relationships with Clients' decision making centers
• Personally manage and grow a number of Key Accounts
• Build & grow team of KAM
• Achieve quarterly sales quotas
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills, knowledge and experience needed :
• A great leader and communicator who can inspire and coach a geographically distributed team of KAM
• Analytical & strategic solution selling approach at C-Level within Mid to Large companies
• Keen interest in technology, with good understanding of outsourcing/software development/product development
• Ambitious individual who reach and exceed sales targets personally and for the Team
• A team player used to working in a dynamic growth company
• min. 5 years proven success in similar role within IT service/software provider
• highly motivated, disciplined and sales performance oriented
• Ability to create a financial business case and present ROI back to customers and prospect
• Interact with C-Level Executives, convey value proposition of Ciklum, and explain in clear terms how Ciklum can help the C-Level executive execute on his/her business strategy
