Director Strategic Managed Accounts Canon Europe Uxbridge

Job Description
Drive CBS sales and revenue growth across the EMEA region, with a focus on one key market (country or combination of countries) and providing support to engagements originating from other Canon regions.

Build and provide high level strategic engagements to open new opportunities and deliver double digit million TCV per annum.



Strategy

Development of go-to-market strategy for the target key market (country) and target strategic account(s) in close cooperation with the respective Channel Director(s).
Support the development of the CBS Sales Strategy – provide input to National Sales Organisation (NSO) sales strategy and identify new target accounts. Drive operational sales plan and opportunity pipeline within the target geography to deliver double digit million Euro target.

Targets

Deliver budgets and targets as defined.

Leadership

Driving and facilitating international opportunities with support of the CBS teams in the NSOs.
Leading and co-ordinating strategic, complex and large sales initiatives.
Develop and expand the sales capabilities of the CBS team in the allocated NSO.

Customers

Development of customer account growth plans for strategic accounts.
Account ownership and relationship development for assigned international accounts:
Develop multi-year account plan for international / strategic accounts
Build long term strategic relationships with clients at VP and C-level
Execute strategic customer account plan across multiple countries
Coordinate tender and sales initiatives across multiple NSOs
Grow Canon Business Services footprint in international and strategic accounts
COLLABORATION:
Lead & support CBS strategic sales and growth initiatives.
Work closely with Management Consulting to develop opportunities in Strategic Accounts.
Liaise with local Sales Management and their teams to drive sales in Strategic Accounts.

Best Practice

To work with CBS EMEA team, NSO's and other Canon regions on new Strategic Accounts/bids as required.

To deliver personal sales and ensure that these results enhance and ensure the delivery of the overall target.
