Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Director who has extensive experience in ideating, building and delivering products within the OTT, IPTV industry, with deep understanding of full product lifecycle management and market research.
The ideal candidate has proven track record of working with product development, development teams, designers, commercial and support teams within an Agile environment.

The Product Director must have experience of leading a small but focused team within a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global matrix organization delivering OTT to a global audience.

You will be responsible for ensuring assessment, research and evaluations are conducted accordingly to determine feasibility of new digital product ideas and enhancements of existing products to meet consumers’ needs, ensuring that all releases are thoroughly tested and delivered to the highest quality.

To define the strategy and vision and take accountability for product definition and product life-cycle roadmap that support the business drivers (i.e. revenue, audience, cost savings, strategic value)
Analyse testing of new industry products and provide feedback to ensure products maintains positioning and profitability
Own the product backlog and work with business commercial owners to define the product roadmap
Define and develop new product features, and market positioning based upon customer need and competitive environment.
Lead the team to prepare for successful launch of new or existing products to key markets while dealing with multiple priorities
Manage and direct internal resources and external vendors for effective implementation of new products.
Deliver regular executive communication to key stakeholders on current and future products with associated metrics and milestone achievement.
Provide guidance on the assessment of technology assets and advise on ways they can be leveraged.
Ensure effective communication of requirements and priorities with technical teams using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery processes.
Act as subject matter expert when guiding cross-functional teams through definition, development, release and maintenance.
Foster effective team work by proactively sharing information and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Accountable for reporting on KPI metrics to goal(s).
Demonstrate understanding and usage of analytics and user behaviour to assess and action product improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience.
7+ years Product management experience at a Director level within the OTT industry.
In-depth knowledge of web, mobile web and mobile application ecosystems.
In-depth knowledge of content delivery and publishing, to proactively identify opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
Experience in multi-language and multi locale offices.
Previous experience of leading a team within an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; detail-oriented with experience of interpreting data to prove assumptions and concepts.
Experience in leading a team in the production and development of a new digital experience
Proven ability to think strategically about market needs, business impact, and product design to advise key stakeholders accordingly.
Proven track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams through digital product/features releases.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present product concepts to a variety of audiences.
Must have the ability influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of meeting the challenges of tight deadlines keeping ahead of priorities.
