Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and driven Modern Marketer to lead our SaaS Applications marketing efforts for the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. With a strong focus on digital & agile marketing strategies you will be able to demonstrate the ability to further establish Oracle’s brand and to generate sales leads and pipeline Defining & Driving Plan Execution with regional counterparts.

You will be accountable for Product Thought Leadership, Awareness, Dem Gen & Sales Support. As part of the EMEA SaaS Marketing Team, the EMEA Marketing Product Lead role involves working closely with key stakeholders including: Sales VPs and their team, Product Strategy, Sales Development Managers, Demand Generation Managers, Oracle Direct, Field Marketing managers, Corporate and Product Marketing, Advertising, PR, Social Media, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Alliances & Channels.
Leading multicultural virtual teams, driving change management towards modern marketing focusing on digital and Dem Gen, Communicating up and acting as the primary marketing partner for each Sales VP will be instrumental for success. Strong Influencing and relationship building skills are required to ensure that the designed high return marketing plans & strategies are executed across EMEA with proven ROI, expanded Thought leadership, Awareness and Share of Voice to support Oracle’s overall sales strategies and to drive pipeline. The Marketing Product Lead role is accountable for Thought Leadership, Awareness, Demand Generation and Pipe Acceleration for their product portfolio across EMEA and reports on the progress in monthly pipeline councils hosted by Sales VPs leveraging KPI dashboards and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Execution of Integrated Field Marketing & Comm. Plans, maximize Thought Leadership & Awareness, Support Dem Gen across all stakeholders, support Sales (Named, MSE/ME, OD), develop Local Product Web Sites Traffic and Engagement in EMEA
• Develop Thought Leadership leveraging the Messaging Platform & Competitive Positioning & Assets, Voice of Customer, Influencer Mapping & engagement (Press | Analysts | Bloggers | Social Leaders), Boost Employee Advocacy (Luminaries | Champions) fostering a product internal community as well as an external social one, act as a Spokesperson and Keynote Speaker
• Boost Awareness via Sales and Marketing Assets, Customer Public References & Stories, Paid | Earned | Owned Traffic + Conversion, Audience & Community Management
• GTM Support: Partner Joint GTM, Sales Plays, Pipeline Councils Co-hosts, Pipe Maturing Programs
• Demand Generation Marketing Support: Focus Efforts on Pipe Gaps, Orchestrate cadenced TOFU / MOFU / BOFU Campaigns & Nurtures
• Web, Social, Campaigns, Product Marketing: Keynotes & Videos, Event strategy & content, SEO/SEM, Web Pages + Social aligned
• Participation: Blogging + Social, Help Field Enablement, Sales VP Partner, Support Field Localization
• Customer Advocacy & Content Map: Customer References Stories + Videos program, Asset Library with up to date Relevant Content (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
• Work with in-country Field Marketing managers to enable local execution
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to drive pipeline across the demand generation eco-system both online and offline
• Integration of marketing function of acquired companies in to EMEA Field Marketing.

Qualifications

• Business Acumen, Perceived as Sales Key Partner
• Deep knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines and processes with a focus on data-driven, Modern Marketing practices (Social Media, Digital/web, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Content led Marketing, Inbound, Personas, Buyers journey, integration)
• Spokesperson, Strong written and verbal communications skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages would be helpful, especially German or French
• A strong track record driving pipeline and awareness in the EMEA Enterprise SaaS market i.e. in a subscription business model
• Data Driven and analytical
• Knowledge of Enterprise Applications in the Cloud and the way to successfully market them
• Knowledge of Enterprise Applications in the Cloud market and competitors
• Knowledge of the use of social media for pipeline generation, engagement & awareness
• Budget & Project Management skills
• Experience of using third party marketing systems (Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS etc)
• Ability to navigate large, complex & matrix organisations.
