Job Description:
The role will specifically cover the Wealth customer segment and involve training and sales management of Wealth front line colleagues. The diverse role will also include a diverse range of other activities including:
* Stakeholder Management - working with a wide range of stakeholders across the bank but in particular other product areas, to deliver initiatives and manage the business collaboratively
* Product Development - identifying, developing and delivering initiatives to build the business, manage risk and meet regulatory requirements
* Business Case development - capability and confidence with large data sets is essential
* MI and conduct risk metrics - delivering information to support business reporting and analysis
The successful candidate will be:
* Passionate about the customer and creative in how to continuously improve the experience they products deliver
* Have strong verbal and written communication and strong Microsoft office skills.
* Have experience with mass market propositions for retail or business customers
* Commercial in their approach to business with the ability to quickly understand the key financial drivers
* Comfortable taking decisions and using their judgment when necessary whilst clearly articulating the risks and benefits of key decisions
* A good understanding of the Wealth or RBB front line colleague structure and customer base if favourable.
* Product Management experience is highly favourable.
* Effective in planning and controlling a number of initiatives, prioritising them accordingly
* Able to develop business cases and display the winning commitment to gain support from stakeholders across the business
* Able to build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders
* Relentlessly focused on getting results
