Job Description:
Working with media planners and traders across agency buying teams, UK account directors consult to ensure the right audience targeting to deliver highly effective digital campaigns. Tasked with building on existing relationships, expanding agency contacts and identifying new business opportunities with prospect organizations, ADs have the opportunity to grow a team of account managers and executives as eXelate continues to expand rapidly in Europe.
Responsible for an existing revenue line, revenue growth, strategic account development planning and execution, this fast-paced role requires hard work, a fantastic attitude, commercial acumen, lots of social activity, a strong marketing background and knowledge of display, video, RTB and programmatic buying. Working closely with technical account management, an understanding of how the digital landscape connects and where eXelate adds value is necessary.
Key Accountabilities
• Increase revenue from extensive existing relationships through product cross and upsell
• Identify and engage new buyers of eXelate services within agencies, advertisers and marketers
• Listen, understand and recommend effectively face-to-face, verbally, written and within presentations
• Reach defined KPIs and client development goals
• Utilize proprietary technology and CRM systems to track and measure progress against buyer relationships
• Communicate effectively with internal technical account management and data development teams to ensure buyer requirements are met
• Ensure billing functions are processed effectively
• Develop a strategic roadmap for agency group relationships
• Evangelize the eXelate brand to maintain our market leadership position
• Monitor industry press and networks to maintain exceptional market knowledge

Key Attributes & Pre-requisites
• Great work ethic and infallible positive attitude
• 4+ years of prior experience in sales and account management for a digital media technology or data enterprise
• Very high drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced, cutting edge market
• Solid understanding of the online advertising industry
• Experience with ad targeting and optimization
• Strong agency, platform, network relationships
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics
