Job Description:
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, you are a dynamic marketing leader responsible for all volume, enterprise and partner marketing programs that drive customer growth and revenue through increasing EMEA market share. You will lead the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan and go-to-market initiatives that will drive growth, including online growth, product marketing, community, campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations. You are experienced in managing the pressures and challenges that come with building brand awareness, premium online growth and enterprise pipeline in a fast paced, high growth and demanding environment.
Working in a highly analytical environment, your responsibilities include customer development, product adoption, cohort analysis, digital marketing and funnel attribution to the sales processes. You will lead the overall implementation of Freemium to Enterprise SaaS marketing programs including online revenue and enterprise lead generation activities, awareness building, product & solutions sales support, customer and partner marketing. You will drive online sales through growing our freemium and premium customer base and feed the enterprise sales team with appropriate nurtured customer leads.

International SaaS marketing and social media, preferably Freemium to Enterprise
End-to-end inbound marketing, including lifecycle stage optimization tactics
Working in a highly analytical environment with a wide range of responsibilities including customer development, product adoption, cohort analysis, digital marketing and funnel attribution to the sales processes
Developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the EMEA region in conjunction with regional, country and HQ stakeholders from marketing, sales and product leadership
Developing and executing customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs
Refining the messaging and positioning of products and solutions for each country market within the EMEA region, taking into account the subtle differences that are present in each country
Working closely with the executive leadership and sales, customer success and partner teams across the region to set and ensure all volume revenue, enterprise pipeline and marketing targets are met
Designing and launching high-impact marketing and sales training programs for the entire EMEA region, including Sales and customized solution presentations and collateral to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
