The best candidate for the role will demonstrate a deep understanding of global eCommerce environments (pure play retailers / department stores / wholesale), social platforms (WeChat / Pinterest / Facebook etc) and inventory and fulfilment models. Technically, you will have experience of product feeds and API based integrations.
Operating at the cutting edge of innovation, particularly in Social platforms, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful product experiences, demonstrates a keen eye for detail, a high degree of skill in managing across multiple departments and geographies and a passion for delivering customer experiences that delight the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and communicate the Partnerships product vision
Work with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into a digital roadmap
Identify and communicate on-going understanding and awareness of competitor activity and relevant industry trends
Collaborate within a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and Project Managers to align product roadmaps, delivery schedules, and capabilities
Work with business leads to develop the business case for the product and to continually push for achievement of commercial targets
Provide customer and business context to the delivery teams, empowering them explore creative solutions, whilst simultaneously, ensuring the team delivers against scope and time commitments
Work with business stakeholders to define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), as well as release-specific success metrics
Partner with the Customer Insight and UX teams to incorporate quantitative and qualitative Customer data and research into product iterations and optimization roadmaps
Promote and support a test and learn culture, sharing the findings throughout the business
Assist with production troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed in support of the continued success of the product
Identify and drive through short-term initiatives that improve the performance of the product alongside longer term projects
Active participant in weekly trading and leadership meetings, providing insight and commentary to the success, challenges and opportunities of the digital business.

PERSON PROFILE

First class communication skills, managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Product ownership experience and a proven track record of delivering successful products
Experience of working with third party commerce and social platforms, utilising product feeds and integrated APIs
Experience in writing clear and succinct user stories
Able to ruthlessly prioritise the product backlog
Understanding of interaction design and usability
Desire and ability to collaborate with a varied range of business partners
Adaptable - able to work with new business models and strategies within an environment that is ambitious and innovative
Ability to manage and work within ambiguity to reach a successful outcome
Understanding of online development and new technologies. Strong technical knowledge is desirable
Ability to understand customer data and communicate it in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders
Experience of Google analytics
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
