Territory Sales Manager Google London

As a Google for Work Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for defining, executing and owning the “Territory” Sales strategy. Working with our mid-market prospects and SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) Resellers, your role is to accelerate the growth of Google Apps/Drive For Work in London.

Responsibilities
Structure team and strategy in order to scale/automatize the business growth as much as possible (involving resellers), while balancing with Business Development/client portfolio. Manage the partner network to optimize growth. Monitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experience.
Be responsible for building account strategies and opportunities, being a key driver to scale across broad territory. Manage the team’s pipeline of leads and opportunities to maximize business booked. Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis.
Drive business growth projections, forecast accurately and achieve targets by leading customers through a lifecycle in conjunction with our Partners.
Take a lead role in building out the sales team, develop and coach them in best practices for consultative sales and build strong relationships with senior executives and CxO in client meetings and industry events. Be creative by developing new account insertion points and new customer approaches to market all (or a portion) of the Google for Work Collaborative Suite.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives. Drive programs within your assigned market to encourage new partner adoption and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
Sales and partner experience with solid understanding of Google messaging and collaboration products. Sales experience in IT.
Experience suggesting and implementing changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experience.
Ability to independently understand partner landscapes in mid-market and drive programs in the field to encourage new partner adoption and partner productivity.
Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional/matrix environment.
Track record of achieving sales targets with knowledge of the SaaS market and Reseller providers.
