Manage large scale projects which develop BD best practice, guidance, development and coaching to enhance capability and confidence. All projects include working across wider Sales and Marketing to align best practice within context of The KPMG Way.
Strong stakeholder management, business contracting, facilitation, coaching and project management will be essential to realising investment and embedding sales transformation.
Key project for FY17-18 will include supporting rollout of the Strategic Account Leadership Programme. Key activities include
-Liaise with Sector Heads to agree account priorities
-Develop plan for approx 70 accounts in FY17
-Ensure LP readiness is completed with Sector Heads
-Facilitate CST readiness sessions with LP
-Ensure project plan, budget, facilitators and resources planned, agreed and delivered
-Ensure project leadership for programme events
-Become accredited facilitator and Co-facilitate events
-Ensure Adoption plan executed including account reviews, measurement, coaching and alignment
-May include supporting global account team events and implementation
Will also participate and lead additional BDA projects which drive profitable growth and sales practice. This may include but not limited to KPMG Way adoption, CLP work stream, MarketEDGE, client conversation etc.
May also include line management up to senior management level.
Qualifications
-Diploma or degree qualified (ideally business related).
-Proven skills in managing a number of large multi function projects.
-Considerable experience of Stakeholder management at Partner level.
-Experience of facilitating groups / workshops at Partner level.
-Experience of supporting accounts in working within an account team.
-Knowledge of sales and account practices.

-Skills in managing large projects, with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
-Confident communication style with ability to engage others, communicate clearly and challenge.
-Strong facilitation skills and ability to communicate concepts to large groups, including Partner level.
