• Designing, defining and maintaining the user progression data structure, with input from all relevant stakeholders
• Creating and defining progression parameters (meta, events, etc.)
• Balancing data, working closely with the analytics team and reports
• Collaborating with Product Groups, Digital Games, developers, platform architects and project managers to create and execute a development roadmap
• To constantly improving the incentive structure and actual data to deliver an engaging and rich user experience
Challenges and Opportunities
This is a brand new global role at LEGO, as Senior Gamification Manager you would be responsible for driving the progression and rewards development process. You not only help establish the vision, you own it. You’re able to see the “big-picture” while paying attention to the crucial details and technical needs. You have previous experience navigating through large organisations and understand how stakeholders need to be guided through your vision.
Do you have what it takes?
• Several years of experience from developing gamified experiences (apps, games, etc.)
• Full proficiency in developing successful progression and rewards systems and experiences, preferably within large organisations
• Knowledge and passion for game design systems / mechanics
• Well practiced and firm understanding of user experience design
• Experience in a data driven field or business intelligence, well versed in Excel, Tableau or similar data editing and visualization tools
• Experience in developing and managing game economies would be a plus
• A strong ability to organise and structure your work and deal with a lot of data
• A collaborative approach, who works best together with others
• Strong influencing skills, you are used to sell in your vision and ideas to get people on board
The role can be based in either Billund (Denmark) or in London.
