As Account Director, you will maximize new revenue opportunities, retain revenues and deliver key initiatives via virtual teams that you will lead to deliver your account plans objectives.

Using your experience in key client management you will be responsible for a blend of existing key clients and development customers and will create, manage and deploy a 3-year strategic account plan for 2 to 3 enterprise customers to increase share of spend, improve and enhance customer satisfaction within those accounts.

You will successfully deploy new products, campaigns and solutions and will work to collaborate with third parties to maximize opportunities.

About you

You will be commercially shrewd, with a challenger attitude that is focused on getting the best deal for RMG, spotting opportunities and closing major deals.You will be a strategic business developer with high levels of acumen and an ability to identify and act upon emerging trends.

Your experience will make your internal and external influencing skills exceptional, especially at board-level or when dealing with executive level stakeholders.

Strong strategic planning and project management abilities will be your key skills, and you will have experience in deploying change programmes for your customers benefit.

As a self starter you will be capable of operating with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy and your tenacity will inspire and communicates with enthusiasm and passion even in difficult situations.

Excellent written skills with the capability to create compelling briefs, presentations & business cases. Strong negotiation skills and a single minded focus on revenue and profit generation will also be key within the role
