Dynamics Program Manager (EMEA) - SAO (ERP&CRM)
As a Program Manager for AX and CRM in the SAO, you will have broad responsibility for driving delivery excellence initiatives primarily in your time zone and specifically in the areas of program/project management competency, project governance, project initiation and project recovery.

· Best Practices, Coaching and Mentoring
o Drive best practices in project/program management, methodology compliance and overall governance of complex, multi-country deployment programs
o Be a champion for the proper application of the SureStep Evolved methodology, appropriate leverage of tools and tracking of metrics utilized to track project health
o Channel lessons learned from engagements to continuously improve the estimation process and SOW quality
o Provide leadership and best practices as a Coach/Mentor to TZ DMMs and Project/Program Managers with a drive toward continuous improvement and delivery maturity
o Serve as a liaison with WW Delivery Excellence and Services Business Desk to land processes as they evolve and drive compliance
· Pre-Sales
o As needed, participate on pursuits for Complex programs to solution the Governance work stream and present the governance approach to the client as part of pursuit presentations to the client
· Delivery
o Assist TZ teams in the Initiation of large complex programs
o Lead project recovery from a Dynamics Domain perspective for assigned engagements as needed to drive corrective actions working with local teams
o Serve as needed on select program level steering groups
Required Expertise
¨ Relevant professional experience in information technology consulting, technology implementation, or related field in the Americas
¨ Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics AX or CRM (preferably both) in a program leadership capacity
¨ Experience working directly with Practice Leadership and client CXOs and Sponsors
¨ Strong track record of collaboration and working on matrixed teams
¨ Solid understanding of SureStep methodology, Team Foundation Server (TFS), project management tools and full delivery lifecycle experience from pre-sales to productive operations on complex projects
¨ Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises (and for internal candidates) and within Microsoft Business Groups and Sales organizations
¨ Demonstrated track record of ability to support and influence teams for positive results and improvements
¨ Strategic and/or an IT consulting experience with a premier consulting firm
¨ Proven ability to transfer industry and market knowledge gained from customer engagements to account teams and other Microsoft constituencies
¨ Experience with executing plans with field delivery organizations
¨ Experience in multiple Europe/Middle East countries preferred
¨ Multi-language a plus
¨ Relevant undergraduate degree and /or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred.
¨ Travel requirement for this position is up to 25-50% on an average annually and for short periods of time travel will be 100%. Travel is an integral expectation of this position as the needs of our customers and our business demand. Travel will mostly be in EMEA with reasonable accommodation for time zones and transit times.
¨ Location – role will be based in the Italy or UK.
