Job description
Performance & Reward is a Centre of Excellence within our Group HR function. The department is responsible for the Group's performance, pay, pensions and incentives strategy including Flex. Performance & Reward has an increasingly high profile within the Group.
This is a great opportunity for a Reward specialist to join the team at an exciting time in its development. As an expert in your field, you'll deliver professional, specialist expertise and insight to the Performance & Reward policy and practice.
You'll deliver technical advice and guidance through a variety of mediums and participate in networks to keep abreast of regulatory and legislative developments, using benchmark practice to inform policy development and decisions.
Strong communication skills are essential in order to influence, develop and motivate colleagues and stakeholders within this high performance team to deliver business objectives and outcomes.
You should demonstrate a strong understanding of, and significant experience in the implementation and operation of UK employee and executive share plans including:
Share plan structures
Relevant legislation
Governance considerations
Finance, Tax and Accounting aspects
Statutory tax and regulatory filings
Operation of and link to Employee Trusts (UK & Offshore)
An understanding of International plans would be helpful, but not essential.
