Profile
Digital Subject Matter Expert with experience in defining digital strategies for large scale Consumer Goods organisations. Expertise in defining digital marketing, Commerce and Omni-channel digital transformation programs.
Agency or Consulting background in Evangelizing, selling Customer Experience and Digital Marketing Services and Platform offerings to the clients OR Client-side experience is identifying, shaping, and implementing digital transformation in-house in Consumer Goods..
Prior experience in Digital Consulting, Customer Engagement, and Consultative selling either to clients or in-house. Should have consultative background in Digital Area.
Role
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships with CMO organisation in top tier accounts in the Digital Transformation space, enhancing business from existing accounts
Identifying new prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the Consumer Goods vertical in Europe.
Helping to generate business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
Offshoring or near-shoring experience is desired
Self starter and an individual contributor who can drive sales and create opportunities.

Experience:
Ideally has 15+ years of relevant business experience gained within a large Consulting, SI or Agency organisation working in positions such as a Digital Marketing Consultant, Head of Digital Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer
Proven experience in the areas of web2.0, web content management, portals, digital marketing tools, digital asset management, social media marketing, e-commerce etc.
Have a good hold on the offerings from Oracle, IBM, Adobe and other organizations who offer solutions on Customer Experience and Digital Marketing
Executive presence: Ability to engage the client at various levels (including the C-Level) of their organization, strong presentation and facilitation skills, ability to structure and facilitate workshops, ability to build and develop the business case for the large deal “on his/her feet”.
Outstanding collaborative, interpersonal and leadership skills…the ability to have people respect and like you (they want to work with you), follow your lead, and feel respected in return
Target backgrounds include current employee or alumni of a major global consulting firm, global digital agency, or Digital Transformation within top tier Consumer Goods company.
Global regional or sub-regional experience: actual multi-regional or multi-organization experience is a key success factor, with demonstrated capacity to operate and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to build relationships with C-Level executives
Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships
