Job description
Purpose of theRole:
• To Programme manage major transformationprogrammes
• To perform delivery assurance reviews ofin-flight programmes and to make appropriate recommendations such that theywill be acted upon by senior management
• To take a leading role in the growth of ourbusiness by identifying and managing opportunities to support our clientsstrategic objectives



Skills &Experience:

• Extensive consulting experience
• Demonstrable record of achievement in managingmajor IT and/or business transformation programmes
• Conducted pre-sales activities, developed newclient relationships, qualified opportunities, created and delivered proposalsand successfully closed new business
• Has carried both a utilisation and revenuegeneration target (approx. M per annum) , and has achieved performanceobjectives in these and other dimensions
• Understands consulting as a business and candemonstrate competency in the ability to translate customer/businessrequirements into business solutions
• Experience in managing a consulting practice withP&L responsibilities, including setting budgets and developing newprofitable service lines
• Demonstrated ability to lead people; organize,develop and motivate a team; get results through others; excellent projectmanagement/planning skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation,collaboration and problem solving skills
• In depth banking experience, gained in a Tier 1retail or investment banking environment
• Wide network of senior level contacts in the UKbanking community.
