Job description
The Director, TV Licensing Strategy & Support objective will be to effectively facilitate the efforts of the EME TV Licensing regional sales executives, from initial sales lead through to deal completion. To ensure integrity of deal information within divisional sales systems, and between various internal departments.

Manage processes of varying complexity from multiyear output agreements to small package sales across all TV license media throughout EME region.
Provide support for sales negotiations thru facilitating financial analyses, pre-approval of payment/accounting issues, technical security/legal queries, etc., to help the development/shaping of the larger output agreements.
Field corporate requests from all day/day operating units, whether it be providing ultimate’s to finance, reviewing acquisition agreements at the request of legal or prioritizing catalogue lists for music clearance or preservation purposes.
Provide and/or coordinate systems training.
Track and follow up on Los Angeles based approvals (whether legal, admin, sales management, etc.).
Supervise manager and maximize efforts/work flow.
Interfacing across all departments.



Desired Skills and Experience
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
European television sales/distribution, either through sales, contract administration or finance.
Thorough understanding of the sales process, negotiations and TV media industry.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Experience of working in a high performing and pressured team.
Additional language skills (desirable).
Excellent oral and written English communication skill.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Tenacious.
Strong team spirit.
