Director Level/ Head of Appointment- Leading Banking Group
Responsibility for leading the UK MLROs / Financial Crime Advisory Teams and act as virtual manager of MLRO's Offshore.
The main function of the role is to provide investment managment/ asset management related businesses with an advisory service relating to day to day Financial Crime matters (sanctions, ABC, KYC, suspicious activity).


Desired Skills and Experience
Financial Crime SME
In depth knowledge of Financial Crime related legal, regulatory environment and risk management
Understanding of other jurisdictional laws, regulations, regulatory expectations and industry best practic
Legal or Financial Crime background
Delivery of complex group wide projects
Commercial and strategic understanding of banking and the impact of financial crime on global regulatory environment
