The role of ARM’s marketing organization is to align with key ecosystem and silicon partners to ensure continued long-term success for the ARM partnership. To identify and highlight the key benefits of ARM technologies creating demand for ARM based solutions. To analyse and react to the continual changes in the semiconductor industry ensuring ARM remains positioned for continued long-term success
Ownership of competitive landscape across multiple market segments
Create and execute strategic plans to ensure the long term competitiveness of ARM technologies and solutions
Demand creation through generation of technically orientated marketing material
Shape the methodology for comparing solutions built on differing architectures
Drive 3rd party engagements
The position reports to the VP Strategic Marketing at ARM. The position will have strong working relationships with the product marketing teams, vertically aligned segment marketing teams and corporate communications. Essential Skills & Experience:
Highly motivated individual with great communication skills to influence internal ARM engineering and product marketing teams
Strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and get the best out of people across an organisation
In-depth knowledge of the embedded computing market
Knowledge of software requirements in major markets of Internet of Things, embedded computing, networking or server
Demonstrable strategic awareness and ability to analyse market dynamics
Commercial awareness and experience within multinational silicon vendor or OEM
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Understanding of/or ability to grasp technical benefits of a variety of embedded and microprocessor concepts
Working knowledge of ARM cores, fabrication processes, applications software, and systems
Self-motivated inquisitive nature combined with ability to deliver compelling results
Interpersonal Skills:
