Here is your opportunity to demonstrate your in-depth LEAN/Continuous Improvement knowledge in a project management setting and demonstrate the impact of Continuous Improvement in strategic initiatives selected by top management.
Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives
You will influence, coach and challenge Senior Management in adopting and implementing Continuous Improvement by delivering high impact projects that demonstrates the benefit to the business. You will work cross-functionally in more than one Corporate Management area to lead projects all the way to implementation and hand-over to the business. Because your projects are highly strategic, you will be leading 1, or 2 projects at various stages, at a time to:
-Engage in defining the future strategic direction, approach to and implementation of global processes, systems and tools related to Continuous Improvement
-Define and drive a change management strategy to secure successful implementation
-Develop the Continuous Improvement resources of leaders and talents by building capabilities (mind-set, structures and competences) among senior managers and internal consultants
-Facilitate global workshops and decision processes
You will be based at our brand new hub in central London or at our HQ in Billund, Denmark. However as this role cover a global span, you can look forward to a high level of travel.

Continuous Improvement Expert with international experience and excellent interpersonal skills
In this position you will take on a challenging role towards senior management to deliver impact and develop mind-sets into working in new ways. This will further develop your ability to manage your stakeholders and at the same time be able to develop and “sell in” balanced solutions and continuous improvement to the business. To facilitate this, you:
-Have senior experience in LEAN and Supply Chain Management, probably from a consultancy role, Have experience in successfully implementing and running high impact project and working with senior management, from both a production and transactional services set-up
-Have experience in relating the hypothetical to the practical and know how to link methods, tools and philosophy, probably from a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Engineering
-International experience, preferably in multiple companies, allowing you to easily navigate in our company culture
-Are persistent in pursuing stretch targets and are able to energise others and create a high performance work atmosphere in teams
