Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and driven 'Applications Marketing Director – Sales Cloud & CPQ Cloud, EMEA' to lead our Sales SaaS Applications marketing efforts for the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, with global responsibility for Sales SaaS Applications thought leadership and awareness campaigns. With a strong focus on online marketing strategies you will be able to demonstrate the ability to further establish Oracle’s brand and to generate sales leads and pipeline through innovative integrated marketing campaigns. You will be up to date with the latest digital media trends, you will identify and exploit the most effective channels and activities to market and target specific audiences in the various stages of the customer buying cycle. As part of the EMEA SaaS Demand Centre team, the Applications Marketing Director-Sales Cloud & CPQ Cloud, EMEA role involves working closely with key stakeholders including: Sales, Applications Field Marketing managers from the EMEA clusters,

Regional Sales Cloud campaign owners, Corporate and Product Marketing, Product Management, Advertising, PR, Social Media, Operations, and Alliances & Channels and the Global Demand Generation Board. Influencing, collaboration, and relationship building skills are required to ensure that high return marketing campaigns are executed with compelling content, and consistent messaging across EMEA and globally to support Oracle’s overall sales strategies and to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities:
• Execution of pan-EMEA Sales Cloud & CPQ Cloud digital, social and content based marketing programs
• Creation of Global Sales Cloud digital, social, and content based marketing campaigns
• Lead virtual cross-functional content & campaign team for the global Sales Cloud & CPQ team and EMEA Sales Cloud & CPQ team
• Work with in-country Field Marketing mangers to enable local execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and EMEA GTM team to drive pipeline across the demand generation eco-system both online and offline
• Collaborate with Oracle’s Social Media team on Social Demand Generation and Awareness programs
• Liaise with global Product Marketing and Product Management / Strategy teams to leverage corporate materials and consistency with Oracle brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with Oracle’s Search teams on PPC & SEO optimization for HCM
• Represent EMEA Sales Cloud Marketing to all Corporate Marketing functions such Events, Advertising, PR and Analyst Relations.
• Evangelize & support execution of Eloqua Marketing automation programs for Sales Cloud (Nurture, lead reactivation, lead recycling)
• Collaborate with Oracle’s inside sales and follow up team on Sales Cloud & CPQ and cross Applications campaigns
• Analyse and report on results of EMEA Sales Cloud & CPQ marketing campaigns
• Manage key agencies for execution and creative projects
• Collaborate with Oracle’s Alliances & Channels organisation on partner initiatives
• Integration of acquired companies in to EMEA Field Marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines and processes with a focus on Modern Marketing practices (Social Media, Digital/web, SEO/SEM, Marketing Automation, Content led Marketing, Inbound, Personas, Buyers journey, integration)
• A strong track record driving pipeline and awareness in the EMEA Sales / CPQ SaaS market.
• Knowledge of Sales Applications in the Cloud
• Knowledge of the Sales SaaS market and competitors
• Knowledge of the use of social media for pipeline generation, engagement & awareness
• Budget & Project Management skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
• Experience of using third party marketing systems (Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS etc)
• Ability to navigate large, complex & matrixed organisations.
