You will lead the IT Business Transformation Strategy for NBCU TV & Finance Groups, which includes building upon and developing the Business IT change roadmap and programme of change, to support growth and the operation for the TV business and Finance functional group. You are the interface with the business and senior Leaders representing these two areas and will be fully engaged and immersed into their business priorities in order to effectively and efficiently produce workable solutions for their needs. The role will also require you to work very closely with the Infrastructure, Application and Service IT teams in order to deliver.

• Partner and be fully engaged with leaders across TV and Finance to define the IT business change strategy to support business needs.
• Be that one point of contact for Int’l IT, covering business change, solutions, service and budget management.
• Deliver on an IT Business Change Programme to enable project deadlines are met and in line with budget.
• Provide ‘Thought Leadership’ to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency as well as the development of business processes and technical solutions
• Work with third parties/vendors and domestic IT groups to manage change and to assess new technologies, new ways of working/operations
• Lead and engage teams to translate business requirements into functional designs and operations.
• Lead the business area, technical teams (on & offshore) and third parties to build solutions based upon agreed business requirements and functional designs.
• Lead required change management & control processes and procedures for solution enhancements and new developments.
• Ensure quality of solution and change is delivered to the NBCU standards for service and operation.
Qualifications/Requirements Experience required:
• Strong and demonstrable track record of IT Business Change management at a senior level, delivering business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation pertaining to complex business processes.
• Proven experience of working within a complex matrix environment with multiple key stakeholders.
• Excellent and proven influencing, relationship building at all levels of the business
• Previous experience of leading, engaging and developing teams
• Demonstrable track record of providing excellent customer service, stakeholder management and business partnering
• Extensive IT programme management experience.
• Experience of working with 3rd Party Vendors, on-shore and off-shore development teams.
• Excellent external knowledge of new products, solutions, ideas and an ability to constantly streamline and improve process and systems wherever possible.
Skills and Competencies required:
• Strong technical knowledge \ understanding of SAP R3 Financials, Sales & Distribution. CRM & BW
• Strong analytical skills covering both data & business analysis
• Previous and successful project management experience including estimating project effort, create plans and manage budgets
• Ability to grasp & simplify complex concepts & requirements.
• Excellent communications skills (both written & oral)
• Strong leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop and inspire.
• A collaborator and team player who can encourage and promote one team across IT disciplines to meet common goals and add value to the business
