Enterprise Sales Director & Account Director Required Torex - Field Based & South East England -Luton



Job Description

To help maintain and grow the Retail business within Torex, we are actively recruiting two key vital Senior Sales positions within the business.  Both positions require hard working, dedicated and 'hungry' sales people who are keen to further their careers and be given the opportunity to earn substantial realistic on target earnings. 

Enterprise Sales Director

Reporting directly to the VP, Retail, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise sales team to deliver new business sales against annual sales targets by identifying and securing new name business opportunities for the Retail (non food) business.  You will promote and secure sales of Torex enterprise solutions to ensure future success of the Retail business.

 Some of the main responsibilities will include:
  1. To identify and deliver opportunities for new business initially across UK, Europe and North America.
  2. To sell enterprise solutions to the global Retail market including merchandise planning and franchise management.
  3. Manage, develop and motivate the successful Sales team
  4. To support Torex’s growth and heighten the enterprise profile within the corporate marketplace.
  5. To plan Sales strategies and campaigns to increase market share, raising awareness of Torex’s brand and technology.
  6. Negotiate pricing with clients to achieve sales in line with Torex`s pricing policies and client requirements.
  7. Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales, along with regular activity reporting.
  8. Participation in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with own targeted campaigns.
To be considered for this Enterprise Sales Director position you must have a good understanding of Merchandise Planning and Franchise Management solutions and exceptional new business sales experience with proven results ideally within Europe and US.
As this position will be covering the UK, Europe and North America, travelling will be expected from the Enterprise Sales Director.
Office location is flexible however you must be prepared to work from Dunstable (Bedfordshire) head office on an ad-hoc basis.


Account Director

Reporting directly to the VP, Retail you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within Retail clients (including executive leadership) in order to maximise sales opportunities and budget share and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and position Torex as a key long-term business partner. 
You will coordinate and influence the sale of licensing, professional services and managed services using established relationships which will deliver the assigned revenue and profit targets, ensuring the correct business mix resulting in maximising profit whilst maintaining the highest quality level of service for the customer.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  1. To lead the overall engagement and relationship with the major retail clients and maximise profitability of the accounts
  2. Provide guidance, support and development to a team of high performing Account Managers
  3. Deliver and exceed sales targets as per annual compensation plan
  4. To accurately forecast sales, revenue and margin from the client base and comply with internal sales procedures including CRM.
  5. To create, agree and implement the tactical and long-term sales strategy, approach and objectives for assigned clients via Account Plans
  6. To introduce, assist and use relationships and knowledge to support the sales of specialist products and services, utilising Torex sales experts (Pre-sales, PSO, and Service Management) in these areas.
  7. To provide commercial leadership for all contract negotiations and ensure that robust contractual arrangements are in place.
  8. To intimately understand the client’s business priorities, IT spend, operation pressures and IT capabilities and actively support the client with business case design and benefit calculations in order to position Torex as the supplier of choice and proactively develop a pipeline of sales opportunities
  9. Act as an executive escalation point for major issues on the clients service or project delivery
To be considered for the Account Director position you must have an exceptional Account Management record ideally within the Retail and/or Hospitality industry and have the entrepreneurial, resilience & self starter skills required for this demanding position.
