Desired Skills and Experience
As a Communications Manager (Internal Comms) your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Communications experience within a Financial Services environment

• Background in journalism or editorial / publication / CEO messaging experience

• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, powerful messages

• Strong interpersonal, team working and organisational skills

• Creative and engaging approach

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

As a Communications Manager (Internal Comms) your main responsibilities will involve:

• Leading the research and writing of CBD’s e-zine,

• Creating compelling content for leadership briefings, CEO messages and RBS’ Annual Review

• Developing strategic communication plans

• Managing scheduling and delivery of CBD’s editorial calendar

• Ensuring all communications adhere to standards and are aligned to business priorities
