Collinson Latitude is a global provider of technology solutions that support businesses in the delivery of Loyalty Programs. Latitude was set up in 2008 as the result of natural progression from R&D, to become the product arm of the Group. The company offers the opportunity to sell the knowledge, innovation and technological intelligence of The Collinson Group as products. This will strengthen our position with existing clients in the travel and financial services sectors and additionally open up new opportunities in markets throughout a range of industry sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join the group to be responsible for providing the commercial focus for the current, and development of new, membership platforms and products within the group's membership/loyalty product suite.

Responsibilities

This will include defining the commercial models, identifying and understanding the competitive market landscape, understanding and defining a proposition around client & prospect needs, analysing existing performance and providing strategy and insight for developing product propositions. The role will drive development alongside colleagues from Technology Services, ensuring the right solutions are developed and delivered controlling and balancing scope, cost and timescales. The role will also provide input into sales and marketing campaigns and support new future product development by providing market insight.
Deliver clear pricing templates and product support documentation
Define sales qualification and support sales process
Support RFP and pitch responses, centralise content for quick re-use and consolidate and validate feedback for continuous evolution and improvement
Manage development of partnerships with external clients or internal partnership division
Understand and develop credible business cases to facilitate client decision making processes
Understand and define partnership, technology, product development, operations, client servicing and finance approach and procedures in conjunction with the relevant business units
Oversee product development (new and existing products) alongside colleagues from Technology Service

Requirements
Significant experience in a product development and management position or equivalent in a membership/subscription/loyalty product environment
Proven track record and experience in commercial product management
Working within a B2B and B2C channel / market environment
Development of internationalised products
Working across a wide number of sectors e.g. travel, lifestyle and retail
Secondary experience in the following areas (desirable) Mobile products, devices or platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
High level of numeracy and commercial awareness
High computer literacy
Highly organised and self-disciplined approach to working
