Account Management
To build Digital Transformation/Business Consulting led accounts along the lines of the strategic partnerships we currently have with other similar clients delivering large scale business led transformation, using this as a model for our assignments
The intention is to establish several new ‘Digital Transformation’ accounts along these lines, one of which will be owned and led by you personally. Working directly with the Leadership Team you will identify, target and secure Digital Transformation accounts for CGI. These will be accounts owned and managed by the Digital Transformation practice
Ensure an effective Account planning process is implemented and action plans are followed.
Commercial
Take part in leading the negotiations and finalising commercial terms on key deals (within CGI’s commercial framework).
Sales
Produce and execute a strategic plan to deliver revenue growth in the target accounts
Achieve and exceed the revenue budget for the assigned accounts
Increase revenue through cross selling additional CGI services.
Delivery
This will include leading the delivery of the consulting services provided in the capacity of a ‘Consulting Partner’, taking ownership for the full delivery lifecycle
Build and maintain a cross functional internal network to optimize business understanding and streamline proposition sign-off
Work closely with CGI’s delivery organisation and SMEs to ensure the service delivery promises to our clients are met.
Relationship Management
Quickly establish self as a credible partner to our clients’ stakeholders as CGI’s representative
Identify target client stakeholders and execute engagement strategies to build strong relationships with those individuals.
Key Professional Attributes And Requirements For This Post Include
Background in consulting led technology with wide understanding of delivering in a business services environment
Progressive, consulting based, business development career to date with evidence of successfully delivering large/complex consulting led programmes
5+ years’ experience representing your current organisation as the lead for consulting services
University graduate from recognised institution, MBA preferred
Accomplished and skilled negotiator who can successfully identify, negotiate and close contracts with sound commercial terms
Demonstrable record of accomplishment of managing complex sales cycles within a global client environments
Experience of structuring, winning and managing large value consulting based contracts
Demonstrable results in growing revenues within a defined client base.
