Job Description:
The role will be based in West London and will report to the Vice President – Supply Chain Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and delivery of the Annual Transfer Pricing (“ATP”) process. ATP is a complex global process for inter-company trade. The output of this exercise has a significant impact for all GSK Manufacturing sites, Country Operating Units, Tax, Group Reporting, Move Product and a number of other stakeholders.

The ATP exercise is visible to the CFO and his Leadership team. In delivering the ATP process, the individual will need to partner with a number of stakeholders, within and outside of Finance, to resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring that ATP is delivered on-time and to a high quality.

Lead a team of 40+ people to drive a number of strategic Supply Chain projects for GSK, including the integration of Novartis.
Support the deployment of GSK’s Target Operating Model for manufacturing sites moving to our new global ERP solution. Work closely with the ERP programme to complete an Impact Assessment of changes, support Solution Design and work with colleagues from other functions to ensure successful execution of ERP deployment.
Support the VP – Supply Chain Finance with additional projects during the year.

Qualifications

Travel requirements for this role will be low. Basic qualifications:

Educated to a degree level & further education Accountancy qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Strong people management skills.
Proven ability to successfully deliver large, complex initiatives on-time and on-budget.
The ability to communicate complex matters in a simple way to Finance and non-Finance employees, up to, and including, Senior Executive level.
Strong collaboration skills are crucial as the individual will work closely with the business to develop funding requests for projects.
