Job Description:
You will have an excellent and proven track record of working in a similar role within the Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance industries, with a strong preference for Capital Markets expertise
Proven track record of increasing revenue through self-generation of leads
You will be able to evidence the delivery of similar start-up or business growth success arising from your leadership or senior level participation
You must have the ability to spot and convert identified client opportunity, with strong commercial and financial skills
You must be a good negotiator with proven experience of winning large deals, preferably for managed services and or utility construct deals
You must have a strong appreciation of the utility commercial models of service delivery
You must have experience of working in a corporate / business focused environment, preferably working within a financial services client organization at a senior manager IT or Operations level
You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding and preferably existing strong relationship with c-level executives within a large financial services institution and / or key market infrastructure provider

Roles & Responsibilities:
This is a new role reporting to the global head of P&U, a division of the Wipro Product & Solution Group, responsible for the overall management of all strategic marketing and customer relationship activities for the P&U products and service portfolio
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating the commercial operations of the team and supporting the global head of P&U in delivering the portfolio of service to meet business growth targets (from start-up to >$100m revenue in three years)
Work with the global head of P&U to develop the 3 year strategic sales plan, including strategic and operational goals, and dissemination of the plan across targeted strategic and growth accounts
Manage and track the implementation of the strategic sales plan, including continuous forecasting and reporting to the PSG leadership team
Drive success through working closely with global accounts and hunting teams to build pipeline, deliver against industry commitments and delivery against the 3 year strategic sales plan
Working with the strategic marketing function to ensure branding and positioning is implemented correctly Work with strategic partners and vendors to achieve innovative funding and commercial models aligned to customer objective (typically to achieve consumption as well as subscription models)
Work with senior internal stakeholders to maintain support for business development activities
Foster and develop external c-level relationships across clients and industry (inc active participation at key industry forums)
Identify client-led initiatives for new products and services, working with the finance, marketing and product development functions to bring these concepts to market
Provide broader support, as part of the wider PSG senior leadership, by representing all PSG theme products and solutions to clients and industry
