Job Description:
As part of Customer Excellence within Worldpay, you will manage a small CRM team and build and develop the CRM strategy consisting of framework and strategic tools to enable Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Support and other supporting company departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our global customers.
You and the team will deliver a leading CRM capability for use by the whole of the eCom business unit and beyond at Worldpay. You will also ensure the integrity of the data contained within the platform and develop reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of the business. Develop best practice processes for the use & adoption of CRM across the whole Worldpay CRM environment.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You are an experienced CRM team & project manager, with strong Salesforce knowledge (SFDC certified professional) and have proven expertise setting and leading CRM strategy for a corporate organization. You have excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills, you are a self starter, able to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented international work environment. It would be advantageous if you are experienced with delivery of Salesforce training sessions to both new and existing users.
