This exciting role entails working with the Seller Recruitment teams based in China and the Heads of Seller Management in the EU on planning and business strategy, driving best-in class customer/ seller experience, helping existing sellers to drive their business on the Amazon platform and working with the China based recruitment teams to step up their new Seller recruitment. A successful CDM must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence employees at all levels of the organisation. This role will particularly suit someone with project management expertise, strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business opportunities, customer insights and EU country-specific aspects and communicate these insights to the China recruitment teams
Work with EU category teams to identify gaps in the current selection and liaise with global recruitment teams in the source countries to present these opportunities
Work with the category teams, technical teams and international teams (including other CDMs) to drive product improvement and initiatives
Manage EU specific training programs for the global recruitment teams in China
Provide country-specific business analysis for WBRs/MBRs/QBRs
Track merchant performance, troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
Be the subject matter expert for the destination marketplace

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4-5 years professional experience
High level of academic achievement including good first degree from leading institution
Experience driving large, cross functional, projects within recognisably successful organisations in a comparable fast paced environment. Experience in an Internet business is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability of solving problems and business challenges by analyzing and modelling data. Experience with SQL is beneficial.
Proven ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Mandarin language skills or experience of working in China / Hong Kong
MBA preferred
Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
SQL skills highly desirable
