People Services Learning Navigation Specialist Google London

Job Description: • 2-minute read •
As a Learning Navigation Specialist, you will enthusiastically represent the Google brand and build our talent pipeline. Whether it’s making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you will have an eye on the staffing needs of Google and the broader hiring landscape. You'll be focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and you are the glue that ties together a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams.
As the Learning Navigation Specialist, you will blend your skills in program management with your analytical curiosity to help the Learning Navigation team make strategic, data-driven decisions. A primary responsibility in this role would be managing the process of setting benchmarks and goals to measure the Learning Navigation team’s individual program success. To achieve this goal, you will design and implement unique tracking systems to provide the team with clear expectations around what success looks like. You will also use your program management experience to take the data assessed and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the programs currently offered by the Learning Navigation team and identify future programs to address the ever-evolving needs of the People Operations Staffing organization. This process involves working with colleagues across Google to provide operational support for many developmental programs within our organization.

You are a strong problem-solver who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done and is excited to manage issues to ensure the success of our programs. We are looking for some who wonders “what if?” and identifies opportunities for us to improve our existing programs and processes to ultimately help us meet the learning needs of the Google People Services (GPS) organization.

Competitive salary applies.

In People Ops, we "find them, grow them, and keep them" - we bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next great Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
