We are currently looking to recruit a Technical / Business Improvement Director, sitting at Leadership team level the individual will set and implement our vision across our technical function and business improvement arena.

• Set a positive example to and of the company, through the "Values and Behaviours" and act as a role model to ensure these "Values and Behaviours" are embedded throughout the organisation and appreciated externally
• Be an active member of the Utilities Leadership team developing, agreeing and communicating strategy and direction for the overall business and acting on a best for business basis
• Be responsible for all aspects of the Technical functions to ensure the organisation delivers in accordance with the "Strategy Plan"
• Responsible for technical excellence, co-ordination between technical areas, improvements, innovations, relationships and internal & external promotion of Skanska initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
• A comprehensive level of Technical experience preferably with a contracting organisation
• BSc or above in Technical discipline or other equivalent construction related subject
• Excellent working knowledge of contract conditions/law
