Responsibilities:

Leadership of EMEA Digital Growth organization
Responsible for meeting or beating EMEA revenue targets for all online sales, enterprise pipeline targets along with any individual team KPI’s
Partner with Sales leadership to achieve revenue objectives by ensuring alignment between marketing, digital growth and sales initiatives
Create and execute a strong demand generation foundation for success in EMEA that scales and integrates with HQ
Make data-driven decisions around generating demand and how to improve quarter after quarter through continuous testing and refinement strategies
Manage a highly engaged team of growth & marketing professionals, facilitating career growth and professional development
Provide industry leading representation when needed at major events

Achieving revenue and departmental targets quarter over quarter
Managing and influencing direct reports, peers and senior leadership
Performance and digital marketing, ex. search engine marketing, demand generation, email marketing, webinar marketing, inbound marketing, etc
Optimizing the marketing and sales funnel
Managing, leading, and mentoring a high performing team of experienced and diverse set of marketers
Strategic thinking with the ability to define, pursue and prioritize strategic objectives
Thriving in an environment of change and ambiguity

Multilingual, eg. - French, German, Spanish
Strong background in a senior capacity with a SaaS software company; ideally one with a freemium component
