A Partner/Customer facing line management role to lead a team of Partners to deliver the Catering Distribution Operating plan, through the delivery of the John Lewis Distribution food offer and Food Safety compliance. To create an environment in which Partners deliver business objectives, demonstrate the responsibilities of ownership and achieve personal fulfilment. To operate as part of a wider Central Operations Management team and contribute to the leadership and success of Central Operations. To plan and deliver approved catering training to support both Catering Partners’ and other Partners’ responsible for Catering.

Job RequirementsKey responsibilities:-
Lead the team to deliver Food Safety compliance and the John lewis Distribution food offer.
Lead the team to deliver a warm and friendly Partner/Customer experience.
Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver the John Lewis Distribution food offer, achieving food production, quality, service and presentation standards.
Carry out internal Food Safety audits to monitor compliance, evaluating the outcome and implementing changes to improve.
What you should know about the job:
This is a John Lewis site based role within Distribution.
Contract issued in accordance with site operating patterns and operating hours.
Required to conduct Food Safety Audits.
Use of a pool car available and/or business mileage using a personal car will be calculated from place of work.
Line management responsibility for up to 10 Partners.
