The consumer marketing manager for Alexa skills co-marketing will be responsible for defining, building, and executing co-marketing campaigns with top brand name skills turning them into top engagement skills with customers. This role will play a pivotal part in the launch of top skills on devices, and will need to create marketing plans in partnership with Amazon's devices marketing team and developers themselves. Skill co-promotion will be based on insights and analysis of the customer base, audience profile, and the need to surprise and delight customers with skills that grow with customer usage. A crucial component of the role will be managing and optimizing campaigns based on results to increase effectiveness and performance.

Key responsibilities will include:
· Define and prioritize marquis list of brands/developers for co-marketing based on research and skill performance data
· Design, build, and execute individualized co-marketing campaigns with top managed skill publishers
· Own marketing relationship with key brands/developers
· Deliver skill engagement results from co-marketing campaigns
· Analyze results and make changes to execution plans for improved campaign performance and ROI
· Manage co-marketing budget, forecasting, and reporting on a monthly basis

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
10+ years of relevant work experience in consumer or audience marketing - preferably with experience in technology marketing
Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrable, successful history of defining marketing strategy and executional excellence
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Creative and able to think big to lead innovative marketing execution with brands/developers
