Own and implement Social Media Strategy
Plan, develop, and publish content for brands’ social platforms
Ongoing community management with assistance from Digital Intern
Track, analyse and optimise social content to maximise audience growth and engagement
Work closely with Brand teams to devise the digital elements of omni-channel campaigns
Champion SEO/SEM to maximise search visibility across platforms
Work closely with PR agency to implement Influencer Strategy (paid and organic) and harness commercial power of influencers and UGC
Educate and up-skill brand teams and senior management by regularly presenting digital marketing trends, insights and competitor analysis
Liaise with retailers’ Social and .com teams on merchandising and content integration
Work closely with Sales team to manage Amazon relationship
Key Qualities and Skills Required
Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience (content creation and community management experience essential)
Excellent copy-writing and editing
Design savvy (experience using PhotoShop and other photo-editing or design tools a plus)
Experience planning and leading social media/ editorial content shoots
Experience working with influencers
Experience working in or with an agency, a plus
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read data and identify meaningful insights
