As a Senior Investment Manager you will be responsible for a range of Belgian multi asset funds totalling €1.2bn, €470m French multi asset equity fund, and two funds of flexible funds totalling €250m. You will take responsibility for the implementation of strategic and tactical asset allocation, as appropriate, to align with Architas asset allocation positioning while owning portfolio construction incorporating informed allocation of risk and factor exposures.

You will be responsible for leading research on a sector, including monitoring and oversight of external investment managers and their offerings including CIS, non-CIS, segregated mandates and structured products. Support the development of new investment strategies and vehicles to take advantage of market, regulatory, tax, and product developments to establish and maintain a market leading investment offering.

You will play an active role in client relationship meetings and present to internal and external stakeholders in association with sales, marketing, and PR departments.

What we are looking for?

To be successful in this role you will need previous multi asset portfolio management experience coupled with strong levels of investment knowledge and understanding. You will need to exhibit a high level of initiative, strong organisational skills and drive with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities.

You will need to quickly develop strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders across the Architas business. Fundamentally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
Graduate degree or other Finance related qualification
Language skills: Fluent in French and English
Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
CFA Charter holder (at our discretion), similar qualification or grandfathered by the FCA as threshold competent
Proven knowledge and experience of systems and processes, research, investment markets, managers and investment management techniques
Continuing investment management competence
Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to rapidly understand, assimilate, analyse and present information on complex business issues
Ability to understand and interpret financial information
Strong impact, influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to rapidly understand and exercise sound judgement on a range of complex and diverse issues
Passion for delivering high quality work and continuous improvement
Experience in coaching and mentoring
Strong technical capability within Microsoft - Excel and PowerPoint
