KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Campaigns Team, contribute to the delivery of the Global Campaigns strategy for internal communications
Ability to take operational responsibility for the implementation of multi-channel, multi-market internal communications campaigns, aligned with the Communications Strategy, Project Sunlight and Unilever Sustainable Living Plan goals. This will require well-developed project management skills and ability to manage and influence stakeholders in Brand teams and Communication teams around the world.
Effective stewardship of the budget for specific programmes, raising purchase orders and monitoring the costs associated with different project components, for example on an employee video or a sustainability challenge.
Support the development and rollout of “Pulse” campaigns in conjunction with the respective Function Communications Business Partner that drive operational excellence in the organisation eg Diversity (HR), Code Compliance (Finance/Legal) and Organisational Agility (HR)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Substantial experience of successful employee communications around values, culture and behaviour change
Proven experience in the development of and delivery of multi-site, multi-audience communication campaigns
Proven ability to create, contribute to and influence communications narrative over sustained periods
Proven experience of successful working in a matrix environment, including external partners
Desirable:
Proven experience working in an international environment
Some experience of KOF communications techniques
In-house and agency experience
