Job Description
Primary role is identifying new locations, managing and developing a real estate team, closing real estate transactions and implementing the real estate strategy.

Find new locations
Create initial store business model and proforma
Present locations for approval
Negotiate and close real estate deals
Secure internal approvals
Partner with internal teams for successful store development
Evaluation Of Existing Markets
Work with Real Estate team, analysis team, external broker network, to execute real estate strategy
Real Estate Deals
Work with landlords and brokers on lease negotiations
Work closely with Design and Development to ensure successful implementation
Manage external Broker network
Extensive travel
