B2B Demand Generation requires an audience-focused mindset and a laser focus on delivering compelling content to business leaders across the globe. The SAP Hybris Marketing Team is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Global Demand Generation team, focused on the CEC (Customer Engagement and Commerce) business here at SAP and leading our EMEA regional marketing team. This person will report to the Head of Worldwide Demand Generation.
The individual in this role will be part of the SAP Hybris Demand Generation team, which consists of both Marketing Programs and Regional Marketing Execution. You will work very closely with all of your colleagues on the SAP Hybris Marketing Team. You’ll meet your objectives by:
1) Executing marketing programs, campaigns, and events in the EMEA to build and accelerate pipeline for the business
2) Managing a team of country marketing managers who are dedicated to the CEC business
3) Managing the regional execution budget and creating the right mix of spend to deliver results
4) Working across organizational units to deliver truly integrated marketing; this includes the SAP Regional marketing teams, the SAP Experience team, the SAP Digital team, and of course your colleagues on the SAP Hybris marketing team.

Knowledge, skills and attributes
Knowledge – Experience in a regional marketing execution role is a must, with a strong understanding of the EMEA region and countries. Domain expertise in the Customer Engagement and Commerce segment is strongly desired. Digital marketing / social media experience is integral to the success of this role. Strong connections with colleagues on the SAP Regional marketing side are also imperative.
Skills – Leadership, Marketing Execution, Digital Marketing, Event Execution/Support, Stakeholder Management, Customer Engagement, Pipeline Analysis.
Attributes – A blend of strategy and execution will be required to succeed in this role. Working well with core and extended team members is paramount. A data-driven mentality with a strong desire to measure and optimize marketing programs based on results is critical.
Qualifications
Experience – A minimum 10 years marketing experience and 3-5 years’ experience in an audience-focused marketing role. Must show an abundance of enthusiasm for executing demand generation programs that will resonate with our target audience. Field experience in either a marketing or sales role is also a minimum requirement.
Education – MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology required.
