Job Description:
There are three core functions of this role:
People management of UX managers in different locations and through them be the leader and champion of the overall design vision and team culture.
UX advocate – be the internal advocate, mainly by leveraging user research methodologies and techniques, but in the same be able to keep balance with business needs
Budget holder – with the business stakeholder balance the resources according to the project priorities and impact on business
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or other related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in user interface design and graphic design; or Master’s degree and at least 10 years of related experience.
Experience planning and conducting user research and disseminating results to broad audiences and the proven ability to successfully drive improved designs as a result of that research
Experience with b2c as well as b2b
A deep understanding of and proven experience evangelizing the core principles and practice of User Centred Design.
Present a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of and passion for experience design.
Ability to work with remote teams, direct reports and teams are located in multiple locations.
Very strong verbal communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English in particular, Czech is an advantage but not essential) with the ability to clearly communicate with all areas of the company and across different cultures.
