Job Description:
•Support central and regional sales teams in generating revenues from digital/online products and services, including income generated via direct advertising sales, revenue share agreements, lead generation, and various strategic content and commercial partnerships.
•Work with channel general managers, programmers, central advertising sales, affiliate sales and digital product leadership to create and identify commercially viable digital/online products and services that can function as a stand-alone business or as part of a broader commercial initiative.

•Coordinate and/or oversee seamless execution of digital agreements according to the specifications set out in a commercial deal
•Share best practises and case studies with local and regional commercial teams across the UNI footprint, and support application of learning’s on a market-by-market basis.

Skills And Experience

•Deep understanding of digital media and its various ecosystems, with hands-on experience building and/or managing a digital business, product or service
•Experience putting together and executing digitally focused commercial agreements, ideally involving television or other forms of media
•Understanding of various digital business models, including advertising, lead-generation, revenue share and other forms of strategic partnership - TV-focused online sales experience is useful, but commercially driven thinking and savvy is essential
•Experience working in an international environment is important, but could also include experience working in multiple local markets
•Ability to balance the digital business’ specific objectives with UNI’s broader commercial goals
•Strong presenter, good communicator, consensus builder
•Comfortable working with numbers, ability to balance investment levels with likely return on investment considerations
•Excellent project management skills, and ability to multi-task
•Entrepreneurial, self-starter, proactive and focused
•Languages: Fluent in English and other languages desirable but not essential
