Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Business Lead, Europe, Dry / Irritated Skin, the principal responsibilities will be as follows:
Category & Brands
Lead the process to define the Suncare category vision and strategy.
Lead the process to develop a successful category growth plan and brand growth plans
Lead the process to refine the Brand Hearts, as appropriate, building a purposeful brand positioning.

Lead the process to define, develop and deploy brand assets across marketing and all consumer touch points (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.) including developing equity building campaigns/consumer connections and delivering digital acceleration via competitive assets.
Commercial Execution
Work with markets to deliver net sales and market share growth in line 3-1 plan.
Optimize elements of the P&L to enhance category performance
Contribute expert and shopper knowledge in to the category and brand growth plan. Work with Expert Director to increase recommendation rates. Work with Shopper Director to drive in-store activation to win in pharmacy.
Scientific Innovation
Define global innovation strategy and drive robust pipeline of market relevant, consumer needs driven, science based innovation (NPD, renovation, design, IP enhancement, claims etc).
Partner with R&D to strengthen science (claims, visualisation) across core brands.
Supply Chain
Work with supply chain partners to optimize gross margins and COGs
Work with supply chain to manage out-of-stock issues and long term supply strategy
Talent and Culture
Develop oneself and the matrix team into a high performing Skin Health team and embed the GSK Performance System
Contribute to building Skin Health capabilities.
