Here at Nestlé we are recruiting for an Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager based at our fantastic head office in Gatwick. You will be responsible for leading the best in class communication using insight to drive change in shopper behaviour through tailored channel and customer activities.

Day to day Activities include:
Responsible for the delivery of annual Shopper Marketing plan across all channels and selected brands
Own the financial reporting of Shopper Activation budget to the business monitoring effectiveness and evaluations with recommendations for future use
Lead the development of differentiated activities for retailors ensuring consistency with brand vision
Develop and distribute internal communication highlighting the best in class execution with learnings
Lead the engagement element of the eBusiness strategy aligning the total team in this fast moving area
Own the total plan through working with the activation managers
You
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant commercial experience with an understanding of marketing using insight, activation or customer marketing. You will be self-motivated with good communication skills and have the ability to work cross functionally. You’ll be very personable and able to build relationships quickly and accustomed to working successfully as part of a team. Your planning and organisational skills will be exceptional, as will your communication skills.

You will need to be confident in communicating with key stakeholders and building strong working relationships and have a passion for marketing. Ideally you will have some FMCG experience and have worked with budgets before.
